We have extensive experience in producing Flood Risk Assessments for a range of purposes and to meet a variety of project briefs. Each Flood Risk Assessment is tailored to the individual requirements of a specific project brief.

Nature-Based Solutions

We have extensive experience of delivering Nature-Based Solutions such as natural flood management, SuDS, river restoration, wetland restoration and creation.

Sequential and Exception Tests

 

National Planning Policy Framework requests sites located within Environment Agency defined Flood Zones 2 and 3 to undertake Sequential and Exception tests. We work with the project team and the Local Planning Authority to undertake these Tests.

Flood Evacuation and Management Plans

Flood Evacuation and Management Plans provide tailored advice for property owners, both private and commercial. A Flood Evacuation and Management Plan is a concise document, with plans and maps to demonstrate key locations and routes.

Surface Water Management Reports and Plans

We have extensive experience in producing Surface Water Management Reports and Plans, sometimes referred to as Drainage reports. Calculations, layout plans and recommendations for inclusion of SuDS are all supplied as part of our service.
