Katherine is an independent consultant hydrologist whose experience and main area of expertise lies in flood based projects that include flood risk assessments, design of sustainable drainage schemes, hydraulic modelling, design of flood alleviation schemes, design of surface water management plans and river restoration projects.

Katherine has taken a lead role on a wide range of projects throughout her career to date. From working as the team hydrologist on several large hydraulic modelling schemes, to taking a more civil engineering-based role in conjunction with infrastructure teams, she has experience of every aspect of flood risk management. Her most recent role has seen her responsible for managing numerous flood based projects and supporting and training other members of the team.
